Newtown Library holds the Local Studies collection for Montgomeryshire, which is held in the Trysorau Maldwyn / Maldwyn Treasures room, a dedicated space for your local and family history research.

  • Printing, scanning and photocopying, including Wifi printing from your own device.

  • Council Customer Services Access Point.

  • Digital Hub: Large and small meeting rooms available for hire, plus ‘Wifi Corner’ for relaxed study.
  • Exhibition space also available for hire.
  • Small car park for customers at the front of the building with two accessible spaces.

Library members can borrow and download eBooks, eAudiobooks and eMagazines 24/7.
