You can…

Pay Council Tax, Rent, Invoices

Pay your Council Tax/Rent/Invoices with a debit or credit card.

Please bring your payment details, including reference number. You can also pay online yourself using the Council’s Online Payments webpage.

Apply for a Blue Badge

Use our customer service phone, where available, to apply for a Blue Badge and we can then get your documents scanned and verified.

Online Bus Pass

We can assist in completing an online Bus Pass application form, including attaching documents, although at busy times you may need to make an appointment.

A web camera is available to take your photo.

Housing Benefit Application

Have your primary documents for Housing Benefit application scanned and verified.
